NOTE:

Upon your completion and submission of this form, it will be assessed by the Association and if you qualify for the class of membership for which the application was made, you will receive a response email.

If in our opinion you qualify for a different class, you will also be communicated. When you receive the Association's response, you will be required to make payment to the Association's bank account based on the Prescribed Fees Table stipulated in the Bye-Laws and contained in the email.

You will be required to pay the processing and registration fees together. Upon our receipt of your payment, a Membership Number will be allocated and communicated to you.
