Arc Francis O. Evbuomwan (FCArc, FMP, MNIA, ACArb) is the Managing Director of Geographic Information Service. He has a Masters in Architecture and is an Alumnus of LBS Advanced management program 2008.
In his career journey, he has been the Chairman ARCON Registration Committee 2018 – 2021. He is a fellow of Association of Nigerian Chartered Architects (ANCA) and member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).
He has varied experience in the industry that will be of immense benefit to any audience.
He is a member of several professional associations some of which include:

- Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered arbitrators
